Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
  • Exchange orders are processed after the original item is received back. In case your preferred product is out of stock, our team will reach out to suggest alternatives.
  • Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit. Store credit will be shared with you once the returned item is successfully delivered back.
  • Each order is eligible for return only once. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return.
  • For damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be unable to assist beyond this period.
  • If your order contains damaged items, please upload images and details via the provided link. Our team will guide you through the process for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
  • Minor misprints, threads or colour variations from website images are not considered defects. As our products are handcrafted, such variations are natural and reflect their authenticity.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange matters.

Return & Exchange Request Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the following link.
  • Select the item you wish to return and mention the reason for return.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, please upload clear images for verification.
  • Return pickups are available for orders within India.
  • Please ensure the product is unworn, with all original tags and labels intact.
  • Requests for return or exchange on orders placed using store credit will not be accepted.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued within 24 hours of the order delivered back and sent to you via email.
  • It is valid for a lifetime.
  • The credit amount will reflect the sale value of the returned items only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit amount.
